I have had 3 surgeries on my left foot in the last 14 months – all 3 due to totally difference injuries. Needless to say, I have either been in a boot or walking in pain for most of this time. As a result of this, I have found it very difficult to stand throughout the worship in our church services. I love the Tommy Lee Jones movie “US Marshalls” where they are searching for the fugitive, Wesley Snipes. They go out into boats in a swamp and his command is “stay in the boat; if you see the suspect, put up a flare, but stay in the boat!” I just took a mini-vacation to Southern Virginia and took one day to go kayaking with my 26-lb terrier puppy, Gizzy. I have a small aquarium with 4 African cichlids and 1 parrot fish. The aquarium has been stable for over 18 months. During the last week, I have noticed my parrot fish has stopped eating and has been in a vertical position, face-down. It is obvious the fish is not doing well. The fish moves very little and I have observed a couple of the other fish starting to bite at it because they know it is not well.
